1. Matt Judon

One of the most exciting things about the Ravens is that they have a lot of young talent in the pass rushing department. Matt Judon went from four sacks in his rookie year to eight sacks this past season. 2018 could be Judon’s first leap into the double-digit sack pool. Judon is one of the best athletes on the field. He’s 6’3″ 275 pounds and he plays with very solid technique. Judon could end up being another great outside linebacker for the Ravens; that was one position Ozzie Newsome knew better than anyone in football.

Grand Valley State to the NFL was a big jump. In his second season he proved to be a reliable starter and he felt more in tune with the NFL game. Judon should build upon that this season because his arrow is only pointing up. Judon and Terrell Suggs could be one of the most impressive duos in football on the edges. Suggs is coming off an 11 sack season, he is in great shape and defenses are going to pay a lot of attention to him. Therefore, Judon is going to lead the team in sacks for the 2018 season.

Judon keeps getting better. He’s explosive, powerful and quick, and he is one of the Ravens most consistent players. Judon was playing on the edge of very good and great last season. This year Judon could wind up jumping past that line into the stratosphere of greatness. I predict a Pro Bowl worthy performance for Judon.
