1. Alex Collins

The best bet for the Ravens’ MVP is Alex Collins. Collins is the best player on the offense. He has speed, elusiveness, vision and power. Basically, Collins has it all and he has a lot of heart on top of all the abilities he has. Collins was a spark plug in the 2017 season. When the offense got going it was usually because Collins made a big play on the ground. Collins can take what could be a short run and make it into a game changing play.

The Ravens have always been best when their running game was on point. Joe Flacco needs a strong running game to support him. If Marty Mornhinweg has any shot of making his time as the offensive coordinator a success, Collins is the key to everything. If Collins gets 20-25 touches a game it will help the Ravens win. Now that’s what I call valuable. Collins is a difference maker and there is no player on the offense that is as dangerous with the football in his hands.

Collins could be the Ravens MVP because he is the going to be the centerpiece of the offense. The Ravens spent a lot of resources improving the passing game but it is the ground game that is going to be front and center. Collins will get the greatest chance to be the most valuable player of the Ravens’ 2018 season. When it is all said and done, there isn’t a player more dazzling than Collins.
