3. John Harbaugh made the right call:

The Ravens took a 4-5 record and turned it into a 10-6 mark. John Harbaugh made the right decision time and time again. It’s easy to just give him credit for turning to Lamar Jackson, but it’s more than that. Harbaugh made the right call the entire season. He was right to make Don Martindale the defensive coordinator. Martindale has taken the defense to new heights and has made Dean Pees look like a underachiever.

Harbaugh was right to keep Marty Mornhinweg and Greg Roman together on the coaching staff. It’s hard to imagine a Lamar Jackson led offense that looks different from this one. The Ravens changed everything for Jackson, which may not have been a possibility with a different coordinator. The Ravens rushing attack is designed by Greg Roman and it’s taking the NFL by storm.

The Ravens may or may not have a Super Bowl run in them, but the idea that this type of offense can compete in the playoffs is a big win for Harbaugh. His staff could have been axed last offseason. Harbaugh keeping Mornhinweg was seen by many as the mistake that would cost him his job. Harbaugh was right about his coaching staff. He was right to go with Lamar Jackson against the Bengals. He was also right to stick with Jackson.
