3. Tim Williams:

It was nice to see Williams use his athleticism to get the job done. It’s his biggest asset and it was easy to see. He was in on three tackles and had half a sack. He did tackle Gardner Minshew after he barely made it past the line of scrimmage, so Williams almost had 1.5 sacks in this one. Williams and Bowser were the main story from the defense on Thursday night. The Ravens needed them to give a little glimmer of hope in a short order of plays. They did that.

2. Cyrus Jones

Jones had a pick six in this game so you knew he was going to be on the list. Jones played surprisingly well as a defensive back in this game. You knew he wasn’t bad but he certainly raided some eyebrows with his play. As a punt returner he made good decisions. It would be nice to see him get to return a couple punts, however he was right to call the fair catches. Jones helped himself in this game, he really did.

1.  Kenny Young

Young had the play of the game. The one big highlight that Young had was him coming on a blitz and ruining Gardner Minshew’s night. He gave Minshew such a tough hit that his morning was probably messed up as well. That hit knocked the quarterback’s helmet off and really sparked excitement in the stadium. Young led the team in tackles and had a good overall performance to add to having the best play of the game.
