Justice Hill shines brightest:

We know that the Baltimore Ravens starting running back will be Mark Ingram. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it. After Ingram, there isn’t a set order, but it seems to be that way. Gus Edwards will have his share of touches after a tremendous rookie campaign. Kenneth Dixon has proved his NFL career isn’t over yet, but his future in Baltimore is far from certain.

Then, we have rookie Justice Hill. Hill spent his college days at Oklahoma State University as a productive and exciting player for the Cowboys. His speed and abilities as a receiver out of the backfield make him a tantalizing commodity for a Baltimore offense looking to explode in 2019.

Well, in order for us to fairly evaluate this we’ll need to see Hill receive a ton of opportunities against the Eagles. I’m willing to bet that we’ll get exactly that.

Considering we know what to expect from Ingram and the fact that we know what Edwards brings to the table, we should see a lot of Dixon and Hill. Dixon should receive a handful of touches to continue building trade interest in him, while Hill should see a big-workload as well. Hill could be in the Ravens long-term plans and showing out big in the preseason could help it bleed over into the regular season.

Baltimore will likely see quite a few guys receive bulk touches, especially guys like De’Lance Turner. If we were making the calls, it would be a guarantee that we’d see Justice Hill out there for most of the game.
