Baltimore has put up 42 points, a fantastic score in a full-game, in just 30 minutes of football. That’s good enough for a franchise record and an absolute butt-kicking being delivered in Miami right now. Seriously, the Ravens are taking no prisoners.
The stars of the show have been new BFFs Lamar Jackson and Marquise Brown. The duo have hooked up four times for a whopping 147-yards and two touchdowns. Brown’s first two receptions both went for touchdowns of 47 and 83-yards respectively.
Jackson has a perfect passer rating through the first half, by the way.
Additionally, Baltimore’s run-game looks strong, as well. Mark Ingram’s Charm City debut has him at nine carries for 77-yards and two touchdowns. Ingram’s first carry went for 49-yards and he’d cap off the Ravens opening season drive with a one-yard touchdown.
The defense looks good, naturally. Earl Thomas recorded an interception and the defense is pressuring Miami Dolphins quarterback on every play. You can’t ask for much more than Baltimore’s been doing thus far.
Going into half-time, the score is 42-10, but the Baltimore Ravens are looking unstoppable right now. Here’s hoping the starters get pulled to rest and we see the backups keep the heat on in Miami!
