1. Lamar Jackson:

It feels like we’re do for a moment where Jackson wows us. He has had a few of those moments early into his career. Dropping 5 touchdowns on the Miami Dolphins was certainly one of those moments. The clutch pass he completed to Marquise Brown against the Cardinals was the cherry on top of a very good performance. Jackson has struggled the past couple of weeks. We’ve seen his best and we’ve seen his worst. It’s time for him to start showing that something close to his best possible performance is what we can expect from him on a weekly basis.

There aren’t supposed to be easy games in the NFL, however this is about as weak of an opponent as Jackson will face for the rest of the season. The Bengals have the 30th ranked defense in the NFL and have only picked off two passes this season. The Bengals’ defense has only notched six sacks this season. To put that in perspective, the Ravens defense has struggled to create pass rush and they have nine sacks. The Bengals have struggled to create bad plays for opposing offenses. If Jackson has a bad game in this one, it would be a low point for him.

Jackson should have a big day against the Bengals. Like several of the players on the list he has no excuse in this game. Look for Jackson to have 250-300 passing yards and to score a few touchdowns. The Bengals have given up 15 touchdowns in five games which equates to three per game. Jackson will have three touchdowns by himself on Sunday. Give me the Ravens 41-10. Jackson should get things right as should the entire team. If they don’t, Baltimore has problems that will continue to make things difficult.
