Cleveland Browns:

October record: 0-3

My my, how the mighty preseason champs have fallen. Just like the ancient civilization of Babylon, the Browns are divided and bringing the entire team down on itself. It’s the kind of self-destruction that you can’t help but watch, like a bad movie; you know you shouldn’t be enjoying it but you do anyway because why the hell not?

For Baltimore Ravens fans, who were told all offseason that they couldn’t stack up to these Cleveland Browns, it’s certainly satisfying to watch it all burn. Baker Mayfield has been nothing short of terrible, Odell Beckham is on “Lost, please return if found” posters throughout downtown Cleveland, and their good players like Myles Garrett and Nick Chubb are forgotten about because of how bad the team is.

Freddie Kitchens may be one-and-done as a head coach for the Browns, as the lack of leadership is evident. The losing has this team out of the playoff hunt and looking at yet another top-ten draft pick for 2020. When will it end?

The better question is, how did this come to be?

In all seriousness, this 2019 edition of the Cleveland Browns was too talented to be this bad. We can rip on them all we want, but this roster was dripping with potential. It’s all been wasted, however, and they have no one to blame but themselves. The AFC North is out of the question for them, so if they want to see the post-season they need to start winning games and hoping for that sixth seed wildcard spot. Don’t get your hopes up, Dawg Pound.
