Garrett Ferguson makes his pick:

I was really excited about the Patriots game on Sunday night a few weeks ago and I’m almost as excited about this one against Houston. The Texans are a very similar team to this years Ravens which makes this game so exciting. Like Baltimore, Houston has their own MVP candidate behind center who can run and pass, an aggressive defense that can stop the run, and a dynamic running game. In an essence, Baltimore will be playing themselves which will be fascinating two watch.

Earlier this week I honestly thought Baltimore was going to lose this game but then I remembered something. This isn’t the Joe Flacco led Ravens or the Ravens of old. This is a new era in Baltimore and this team is built different. Lamar Jackson won’t allow the offense to drop the ball against a good team and we saw that against New England. Jackson shows up in the biggest games so I expect Baltimore to be 8-2 Monday morning.

My biggest prediction for this game is a huge day for wide receiver Marquise Brown. He’s slowly been getting up to speed after returning from his ankle injury and this could be a huge day for him. Houston has the 29th ranked pass defense so there’s a solid chance Lamar Jackson is going to throw for a lot Sunday. I also think Marquise Brown has his first three touchdown game in the NFL.

If Lamar Jackson and Marquise Brown are going to have a huge day then you bet this game will be high scoring. The over/under for this game according to Odds Shark is 51.5 and I would definitely take the over. Deshaun Watson is playing MVP type football right now and you bet Lamar Jackson wants to get his revenge from their last match up in college.

Prediction: 37-34, Ravens
