1.) Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

Class: Junior

Height: 6’4″

Weight: 215 lbs

Now this is the player I’m the most excited to watch at the combine. Tee Higgins’ draft stock has fluctuated quite a bit over the months as he’s been mocked in the first half of the first round and as late as the bottom of the second round. He has the size and athleticism Baltimore is looking for in their X receiver but the only question mark is his speed.

There are some draft analysts out there who believe Higgins might run in the 4.6’s in the 40-yard dash because his film doesn’t show elite speed. If he is able to run in the 4.5’s or 4.4’s there’s reason to believe he could be the 3rd receiver taken in the draft, especially if the receivers ahead of him don’t perform as well. We saw what a surprising 40 time could do to a receivers draft stock with Breshad Perriman in 2015 and he ended up in Baltimore. Hopefully Higgins has a similar luck with his 40 yard dash.
