Rounds 4-7
Anthony McFarland is an underrated running back who was stuck on a very dreadful Maryland offense. Getting a Terp to the Ravens is always a good thing. McFarland is a player whose got great athleticism. He has big play potential. When Maryland draft prospects are good, they tend to hit. D.J. More and Stefan Diggs are pretty awesome NFL players. You can’t have enough play-makers so at this point in the draft giving the Ravens a running back doesn’t hurt.
How did I get him so late? Seriously, Woodward is a player who is better than the 134th pick in the draft. The Ravens are getting a quality linebacker here. Woodward is a productive linebacker who tackles well. The Ravens missed out on the linebacker run in this mock draft yet the ended up with a player who can come in and compete for a starting job. With the defensive line the Ravens have, Woodward could be an aggressive play-maker at the linebacker position.
I didn’t forget to add the graphic for South Carolina State. We don’t have one to use. This is a small school prospect that I really like. I think he has a big body, and athleticism and at this point in the draft he could be a steal. He’s a developmental player going to a team that seems to build up offensive linemen on the practice field. Taylor is a guy I don’t mind taking a chance on here.
I think Throckmorton projects as a guard at the next level. I think he has a chance to come in and compete for a starting job at right guard. He’s a very athletic tackle from Oregon. I think he is a more put together prospect than Bradley Bozeman was and he quickly became a quality starter. The Ravens always get value at offensive line. Their last two picks in this mock draft are trying to keep that tradition alive.
It’s finally draft day. Remember, Ebony Bird is the place to be for everything Ravens and the NFL Draft. We will have you covered throughout everything.
