Miami Dolphins:

The Miami Dolphins are building something fierce on defense. They have great pieces in place in the forms of Christian Wilkins and Xavien Howard, signed studs like Byron Jones and Kyle Van Noy in Free Agency, and then drafted potential studs like Noah Igbinoghene and Raekwon Davis. Under defensive-minded head coach Brian Flores, this unit could be scary good in 2020.

The only thing this defense is really missing is a star edge rusher. Guys like Shaq Lawson and Emmanuel Ogbah are fine players, but both or replaceable, upgradable guys. A move for Matt Judon makes a ton of sense here and could put this defense over the top.

Judon would give Miami an edge rusher that can come in and put up the big sack numbers from day one. Judon is also a strong leader that will take the new and young additions to this defense click early on in their young careers.

If Miami plans to compete in 2020 they’ll need to rely on this defense to keep games low-scoring while the offense finds its identity. To complete this unit, Matt Judon would truly round it all out and give the Dolphins perhaps a top-15 unit in all of football.
