Talking about speed and wide receivers:

@PeesefulRaige asks: Is Marquise Brown faster than Tyreek Hill?

Answer: This is kind of like asking is Barry Allen faster than Wally West. If you’re not a superhero fan, I basically mean that while there is an answer, both Marquise Brown and Tyreek Hill are elite speedsters. Madden 21 has Hill as a 99 in speed while Brown is a 97. Both are easily the two fastest receivers in the game. I’ll give it to Hill, but you have to remember that we probably didn’t see Brown’s top speed in 2019. A fully healed up “Hollywood” can potentially match “Cheetah”. Brown could become the same kind of superstar that Hill is for the Chiefs. Based on 2019, Hill. Based on 2020, we’ll see.

@parham_russ asks: Chris my question why is no one talking about WR corps? Don’t feel like they will compete at a high level? Can we play from behind? Go get Corey Davis option not picked up?

Answer: Did you ever watch the Santa Clause with Tim Allen? Well it’s the whole is seeing believing or is believing seeing situation. I don’t think people are doubting Marquise Brown. If anything, we never have seen this kind of excitement about a young receiver. Willie Snead perpetually flies under the radar.

Miles Boykin has 13 receptions on his NFL resume. Devin Duvernay and James Proche haven’t played a snap in the NFL and a lot of people doing the talking right now don’t watch a lot of College Football. The Ravens legitimately do have the most unproven group of receivers. I think the Ravens will be fine, maybe even better than fine. But I get people doubting this bunch of receivers.

Next. 4 moves the Ravens can still make before the season. dark

As for Corey Davis, I think he’ll be a player the Ravens may target when he becomes a free agent. Davis hasn’t lived up to his draft position but he’s a fairly good NFL receiver. I don’t see the Ravens trading for him, but I would not be opposed to it. I also would expect Eric DeCosta to fleece the Titans because that’s just what he does. I’m game but I don’t think the Ravens are going down that road.
