Who: Houston Texans

When: 9/20 @ 1:25 PM

Where: NRG Stadium

This is a matchup that will be much anticipated every season as long as Deshaun Watson remains a Houston Texan. Last season, Lamar Jackson and Co. steamrolled the Texans en route to a 41-7 victory which surprised just about everyone, even Ravens fans, but I don’t expect that to happen this time around.

The Texans lost their best weapon in DeAndre Hopkins after he was traded to the Arizona Cardinals this offseason which makes Watson’s job tougher but I still think it’ll be a close game. Their defense finished last season 25th against the run according to Pro Football Focus so I think this is a big game for running backs Mark Ingram and rookie J.K. Dobbins.

With that being said, Deshaun Watson is an incredibly gifted quarterback and it would be foolish to count him out, ever. The Texans also brought in some weapons to offset the loss of Hopkins so the Ravens secondary will be challenged and it seems like a comeback year is in the making for new Texans running back David Johnson. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this game comes down to a fourth-quarter shootout between two of the league’s star signal-callers.

Predicted Score: 24-21, Ravens
