They are still a smart pick to be a riser this season, but losing to Detroit makes you pump the brakes for a minute. They are still a work in progress.

They are this high because their record is 3-0. If I’m a Bears fan, I’m taking a screenshot. This does not feel like a division-winner.

14. Cleveland Browns, 2-1 (16)

They beat Washington, and that tells you how far this organization has come — that was an expected win. The Browns are a playoff contender this year if they stay healthy.

13. New Orleans Saints, 1-2 (12)

They actually looked good again this week in a loss tot he Packers after an ugly loss to the Raiders. Getting Michael Thomas back will be huge for this offense.
