Ravens injury report: Sammy Watkins, Latavius Murray OUT for Week 7

The Baltimore Ravens injury report for Week 7 has two players declared OUT and four others listed as questionable.

The Ravens have battled injuries throughout the entire season, and they’ll be without two offensive starters in Week 7.

Wide receiver Sammy Watkins (thigh) and running back Latavius Murray (ankle) are both listed as OUT for this week’s game and won’t play against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Meanwhile, the likes of center Bradley Bozeman (back), linebacker Patrick Queen (thigh), offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva (knee), and cornerback Tavon Young (knee) are all questionable.

The Ravens will be without Sammy Watkins and Latavius Murray in Week 7

Watkins was injured in the team’s Week 5 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts and missed last week’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers as a result.

With Watkins out, rookie Rashod Bateman made his NFL debut and had an encouraging showing. The likes of Devin Duvernay and James Proche are also in line for larger workloads.

Murray has worked his way into a de facto lead-back role in Baltimore leading all running backs on the roster with 59 carries for 212 yards and four touchdowns.

He exited last week’s game early with an ankle injury and could miss multiple weeks as a result. That likely means we’ll see more of Le’Veon Bell and Devonta Freeman, who played well in Week 6, this Sunday.

Ty’Son Williams will also likely be active after being a healthy scratch in two of the last three weeks. It remains to be seen what role he might have.

As for the four players listed as questionable, the expectation is that all four will play. Young was limited for most of this week, but was a full participant on Friday indicating that he should be good to go for Sunday.

Bozeman was injured last week as well and was a limited participant on Friday, but the expectation is that he will play.

The same goes for Queen, who exited last Sunday’s game early before returning, and Villanueva, who has been battling a knee injury for a few weeks now.

The Ravens will take on the Bengals at 1:00 pm. ET this Sunday.
