The Baltimore Ravens have a long offseason ahead of them following the firing of Head Coach John Harbaugh. Their roster already needed significant improvements, but now they’re also set for a coaching overhaul.
The Ravens have already begun their coaching search, with numerous interviews already having been completed, and there seem to be plenty more to come. Whoever that new head coach becomes will obviously have a huge say on the roster building moving forward.
The team’s top needs are obvious: defensive line and offensive line. However, Baltimore also lacks depth and needs their 2026 NFL Draft class to come stacked with talent.
In this three-round mock draft, the Ravens net key players at positions they’re desperate to get more from next year.
Ravens’ 2026 three-round mock draft
Round 1, Pick 14: EDGE Keldric Faulk, Auburn
Auburn’s Keldric Faulk is the exact player that the Ravens need to add to their defensive line. Their pass rush was pivotal and Faulk can help fix that. While rookie outside linebacker Mike Green supplies burst off the end of the line, Faulk would play off that with ruthless physicality.
Faulk’s numbers weren’t anything crazy in 2025, as he finished with just two sacks. However, he has proven over the past three years that he can cause damage in passing and rushing situations. His relentless motor, matched with natural instincts to collapse on running lanes, makes him a highly-touted day-one prospect.
With defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike’s future in question, Faulk’s versatility could help in that facet, as well.
Round 2, Pick 45: OL Gennings Dunker, Iowa
Baltimore must add to their offensive line this offseason. Whether it is spending in free agency, or using high draft capital, they must come away with a quality offensive guard to play opposite of rookie offensive lineman Emery Jones Jr. in 2026. Here, they get one of the best players at that spot in Iowa’s Gennings Dunker.
While Dunker played right tackle for the Hawkeyes, it is widely expected that a switch to guard is in his future due to his average arm length.
Dunker should be an intelligent guard who would slot in perfectly to a run-heavy scheme (if the eventual head coach keeps that philosophy). He possesses the play strength and movement skills to dominate in the run game and keep quarterback Lamar Jackson’s pocket clean.
Iowa knows how to build offensive linemen, and the Ravens could add another and slide Dunker in next to former Hawkeye Tyler Linderbaum.
Round 3, Pick 80: CB Julian Neal, Arkansas
General Manager Eric DeCosta has many directions he could go in with the third selection. Most likely, it’ll be between a physical wide receiver and a cornerback. In this mock, the Ravens take cornerback Julian Neal from Arkansas.
Neal has the exact measurables teams want in a boundary corner. He’s a 6-foot-2 corner with long arms, and would be the perfect pairing opposite of Nate Wiggins.
Neal does the dirty work. He cleans up in run defense and is a sure-fire tackler. In coverage, he has exceptional route recognition and can shut down passing lanes with enough short-area quickness and long arms.
Baltimore’s was atrocious this past season, and while some of that could be attributed to scheme, it’s still evident they need more talent there.
Marlon Humphrey just had the worst season of his career and may not be the player he once was at 29 years old. Chidobe Awuzie is due a new contract, and while he played himself into one in 2025, his future in Charm City remains uncertain. Second-year pro T.J. Tampa could prove deserving of more snaps next year, but in a year the defense needed secondary help badly, the coaching staff was unwilling to give him those reps.
