The Baltimore Ravens have their practice squad set for the 2025 NFL season. Many roster cuts from Tuesday failed to clear waivers or land back in Charm City, but others managed to get another shot in Baltimore.

Most of the names filling the practice squad are familiar faces. The 17-player list is littered with preseason standouts, young players looking to continue their development, and veterans hoping to play a role on the field when the opportunity arises. Here is the full list of players on the Ravens’ 2025 practice squad.

Ravens 2025 practice squad roster: Full list of players

QB: Tyler Huntley

When the Cleveland Browns parted ways with quarterback Tyler Huntley, many thought he would get a chance on another active roster, but he landed back in Charm City with the practice squad. The Ravens saw second-year pro Devin Leary struggle in preseason, and they clearly needed to go in a different direction. Huntley is the perfect third-string quarterback, as he already knows the system and has shown he can provide decent play when called upon.

RB: D’Ernest Johnson

Running back D’Ernest Johnson gave it his all in the preseason, but Rasheen Ali ultimately earned Baltimore’s final roster spot at running back. The 29-year-old was an easy choice for the practice squad, though. He toted the rock 46 times for 163 yards and two touchdowns during the preseason, and also made five receptions out of the backfield for 26 yards.

FB: Lucas Scott

Fullback Lucas Scott was a standout offensive lineman at Army, but has made a successful transition to fullback in the NFL. The Ravens love their fullbacks, and the 22-year-old could be the future at that position, as the 31-year-old Patrick Ricard enters the season on a one-year deal.

WR: Keith Kirkwood

Keith Kirkwood joins the team’s practice squad with plenty of NFL experience. He has six years of regular season action under his belt, playing with the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers. He was on the Ravens’ practice squad for all of the 2024 season and returns for 2025.

WR: Anthony Miller

Wideout Anthony Miller saw the field for some crucial moments in Baltimore last year. He hauled in all four of his targets in the postseason for 28 yards. In this year’s preseason, he had four catches for 55 yards. If the Ravens need wide receiver depth, Miller should be the first player to get the call to the active roster.

TE: Zaire Mitchell-Paden

Zaire Mitchell-Paden is a 6-foot-5 tight end with good athleticism. Although Isaiah Likely avoided injured reserve, his injury is something to keep track of, and Mitchell-Paden could get a shot on the active roster early on.

OT: Gerad Lichtenhan

Rookie offensive tackle Gerad Lichtenhan was an easy choice to bring back for offensive line depth. At 6-foot-8, the 23-year-old has elite size.

OG: Jared Penning

The brother of New Orleans Saints 2022 first-round pick Trevor Penning, Jared Penning, looked strong as a run blocker, posting an 83.4 grade in that department, per Pro Football Focus.

C: Nick Samac

Nick Samac returns as the third-string center. He was a 2024 seventh-round pick out of Michigan State, and although he lost out on the backup job to Corey Bullock, he will provide strong depth on the practice squad.

DE: Brent Urban

Despite signing a contract late in the offseason, Brent Urban failed to make the roster. However, he should play a role with Baltimore throughout the season, and should receive the call-up on gameday.

NT: C.J. Okoye

Many thought the Ravens would lose C.J. Okoye on waivers, but he miraculously made it back to the practice squad. He is developing each day and could be a future piece on the roster. As a part of the International Pathway Program, Baltimore gets an extra player on their squad.

OLB: Malik Hamm

Malik Hamm was finally healthy this preseason and made some plays. He had a couple of quarterback hits, one sack, and a fumble recovery through three games.

OLB: Kaimon Rucker

Rookie Kaimon Rucker was disruptive through the 2025 preseason. He also tallied a sack and truly starred in Week 1 against the Indianapolis Colts, where he accounted for three hurries and a quarterback hit.

ILB: Chandler Martin

Chandler Martin was one of the few undrafted rookie standouts to not make the 53-man roster, but the Ravens are lucky to have him back on the practice squad. He flew around the field and was one of the defense’s most productive players, while also contributing on special teams.

CB: Marquise Robinson

Marquise Robinson was another player part of a loaded undrafted free agent class this year. He can absolutely fly and was strong in coverage all preseason long.

CB: Thomas Graham Jr.

Fifth-year veteran Thomas Graham Jr. was signed as a depth piece following season-ending injuries to Bilhal Kone and Robert Longerbeam. However, he proved deserving of the practice squad, making a key interception in Week 3 against the Washington Commanders in the red zone.

S: Keondre Jackson

Safety Keondre Jackson did the dirty work in the preseason. He reads plays well, making several tackles downhill against the run. He finished the month with six tackles and two stops.
