The Baltimore Ravens were already in the middle of a very taxing 2026 NFL offseason after losing so many players in free agency, and Eric DeCosta managed to let things get even more chaotic when the team decided to back out of an agreed-upon trade that would have brought Maxx Crosby to town.
Even though the Ravens managed to bring in Trey Hendrickson the day after it became official Crosby was going back to the Las Vegas Raiders, their plans for the 2026 NFL Draft have changed on a dime. All of a sudden, Eric DeCosta has two extra first-round picks to work with.
This 3-round NFL Mock Draft could be the best way for DeCosta to rebuild this roster on the fly.
Baltimore Ravens 3-round 2026 NFL Mock Draft after Maxx Crosby trade fails
Round 1, Pick 14: Vega Ioane, IOL, Penn State
Even with Tyler Linderbaum in the fold, the interior offensive line was a problem due to subpar guard play. With Linderbaum in Las Vegas and John Simpson now at right guard, the Ravens need to invest one of their top picks in a no-doubt starter like Ioane.
Ioane appears to be someone who can not only start right away, but he excels as a road-grading run blocker in a Baltimore offense that is always going to be a run-based attack with Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry in the fold. Ioane could be either a Linderbaum successor or a new right guard.
Round 2, Pick 45: Eli Stowers, TE, Vanderbilt
The only tight end under contract for Baltimore at this moment in time is Mark Andrews, as John Harbaugh managed to poach Isaiah Likely away with a huge free agency contract and Charlie Kolar decided to become the latest Raven to join the Los Angeles Chargers. Even in a thin class, Stowers stands out as Andrews' eventual successor.
Stowers isn't the best blocker in the world, but he is a freak athlete who plays very similarly to Andrews when he came out of Oklahoma. If they add a third tight end who can block and make up for Stowers' warts, the tight end room can be remade overnight.
Round 3, Pick 80: LT Overton, EDGE/DT, Alabama
Overton's stock is starting to slide a bit, as there are concerns about his lack of juice on the edge and his true positional fit. Baltimore has often had success with these hybrid linemen in the past, and Overton could be the next one DeCosta identifies as a long-term contributor.
Hendrickson is a masterful sack artist, but he is not good enough in run defense for the Ravens to neglect their depth here. Overton not only will help set the edge, but he could kick inside to defensive tackle if the Ravens are unmoved by his development at edge.
