Amid their 2-5 start, the Baltimore Ravens have been dealing with countless injuries. They have lost stars on both sides of the football throughout the first eight weeks, and while they were playing horrendously even when healthy, the injuries certainly have not helped.
They did get back on track with a Week 8 win over the Chicago Bears, thanks to a standout performance from backup quarterback Tyler Huntley. The team saw many contributors return to action last Sunday, and on Thursday night against the Miami Dolphins, it looks like they will finally have a fully healthy squad set to take the field.
Following Wednesday’s walkthrough practice, Baltimore revealed a clean injury report. The most notable player set to return is star quarterback Lamar Jackson. He has been out with a hamstring injury that he suffered in the Ravens’ Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, he will be back under center.

Ravens’ Week 9 injury report leaves no excuses
Jackson returned to team activities last Wednesday with limited participation leading up to the Chicago matchup. It sounds like he could have started that game if it were not for a short week, but that extra rest and three straight days of full reps will have Jackson more than ready for his long-awaited return.
Of those listed on the injury report, nearly everyone had at least two practices of full participation. The only player who had just one full practice was left tackle Ronnie Stanley.
Stanley has been dealing with an ankle injury ever since that Week 4 game against Kansas City. He has been in and out of the lineup, and seemed to injure that same ankle against the Bears in Week 8. He returned to action, though, and with a few more days of rest, he should be ready to suit up on Thursday night.
In Miami, Baltimore draws an opponent in the midst of a down year. They are coming off a dominant win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8, but remain one of the worst teams in the NFL in 2025. Given their competitive division, they are unlikely to have a chance to turn their year around, and the Ravens are poised to take advantage of their struggles.
This week’s Thursday Night Football game is another must-win game for Baltimore. With a fully healthy lineup, they should be able to make a statement in Miami, as they try to get back into the thick of the playoff hunt.
