The Baltimore Ravens are sitting at 2-1 entering their Week 4 matchup with the Tennessee Titans, and they need this one.

The AFC North has been ultra-competitive out of the gate. As it stands, the Ravens are tied for second and will look to jump into a tie for the top spot with the…Cleveland Browns with a win on Sunday. I’m not sure many had that on their bingo card coming into 2026.

Here is everything you need to know for this weekend’s battle.

Ravens vs. Titans injury updates

Zay Flowers (hamstring)

QUESTIONABLE

Ronnie Stanley (toe)

QUESTIONABLE

The biggest hit here is Trey Hendrickson. The Ravens and Hendrickson thought it’d be best to have a procedure done on his finger this week, which should hopefully have him at 100% when the bigger games come down the road. He’ll be out for at least one week, putting fellow pass rushers like Mike Green, Tavius Robinson, and Zion Young in a big spot.

Baltimore will also be without Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic. Their injuries are expected to be long-term, leaving Vega Ioane as the lone man holding down the fort at center. We’ll see how the rookie guard performs out of position.

Ronnie Stanley and Zay Flowers remain on the injury report with their toe and hamstring injuries. Stanley appears to be trending in the right direction, and Flowers keeps getting better by the day. He also played last week, so it’s very fair to assume the two-time Pro Bowl wideout will be back in action again on Sunday.

A new name on this list is Chris Moore. He popped up with an ankle injury and was limited all week. Moore has been Baltimore’s return specialist and a rotational option at wide receiver. If he can’t go, expect LaJohntay Wester and Devontez Walker to step into bigger roles.

Tennessee Titans

PLAYER

STATUS

Tyjae Spears (ankle)

QUESTIONABLE

Kevin Winston Jr. (shoulder)

QUESTIONABLE

A fairly light injury report for the Titans. Tyjae Spears has been a decent backup running back, but hasn’t held a candle to lead back Tony Pollard’s snap share. Even if he’s out, Tennessee won’t miss him much, and would likely have no issue turning to 2026 fifth-round pick Nick Singleton in Spears’ place.

Kevin Winston Jr. is the more important name. He’s the starting free safety, and his calling card is his stout ability against the run. That’d be a big hole in the Titans’ defense that Baltimore could certainly exploit if he can’t play.

Storylines to watch for Ravens in Week 4

Vega Ioane and the new-look offensive line

All eyes will be on Vega Ioane. Are the Ravens making the right decision by inserting him at center for Week 4? And how will the expected right guard Andrew Vorhees look? There are countless questions facing this offensive line, which was already performing horribly. It could get really bad.

The defense needs to hit the reset button

Baltimore’s defense has had its moments, but for the most part, they’ve been bad. They’re allowing teams to convert on third- and fourth-down, missing tackles in crucial moments, and yes, they’re still blowing leads.

The Titans offense is stagnant, though. If there’s any moment for them to start looking like a Ravens defense again, it’s Sunday.

Derrick Henry vs. his old team

Derrick Henry won’t have any revenge in mind once he suits up against his former team. He’s gone on record saying that. However, fans are still going to be eager to see how he performs against Tennessee.

He dominated in the navy and red for years, and it’ll be his first time lining up in the same stadium but in different colors. Maybe there will be an extra fire that’ll light under him.

Prediction

Ravens 31, Titans 13

This should become a boat race rather quickly. Tennessee’s defense has held up relatively well, but their offense has been lucky to even find field goal range. It shouldn’t be close.

The Ravens might have uncertainty within their offensive line — that could honestly wreck their game plan. When you have Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Zay Flowers on your side of the ball, though, anything can happen. And the Titans might not have enough pieces to stop that elite trio.

As for Baltimore’s defense, look for them to rebound. Their secondary is talented, and their defensive line is talented. If they can find a rhythm on a down-to-down basis, they could finally look scary.
