Jaylin Noel trolls Jaire Alexander after failed ball-stealing attempt

Can this whole thing be over now?

Not only did the Baltimore Ravens get blown out at home on Sunday against the Houston Texans, things got so bad that Texans players were outwardly mocking the Ravens. The greatest instance of this was when rookie wide receiver Jaylin Noel scored his first NFL touchdown and then pulled out the Ray Lewis sack celebration dance as a way to really rub it in Baltimore's face.

For those who have been following along with this story, you'll know that Ravens cornerback Jaire Alexander then tried to rip the football out of Noel's hands because he had a problem with the celebration (as any Ravens player should have). Alexander spoke about why he tried to snatch the ball away and it came down to him feeling like it was a disrespectful dance from Noel (which it was).

Well, Noel got the last laugh. Not only did he get to pull off doing Ray Lewis' famous celebration in the end zone at M&T Bank Stadium but he got his touchdown ball back as well. Noel made sure that Alexander and everyone else was aware of this fact too, posting a picture of the football with the caption, "I do got the ball" with a laughing emoji.

The Ravens got demolished from start to finish in this one and a healthy Lamar Jackson probably wouldn't have changed that since the defense is so beat up and even when healthier, couldn't stop anyone. That has to be demoralizing for the players healthy enough to play and clearly, Alexander was fed up with the situation and didn't want to see an opponent trolling a Ravens legend the way he did.

Hey, Noel got his celebration in and got to keep the touchdown ball that Alexander tried so hard to keep from him as well. He got the last laugh here. Now we'll have to see if the Texans amount to anything for the rest of the year or if they end up in the same situation as the Ravens down the road.

This whole saga might finally be over now but one thing's for sure - The Ravens won't forget what Noel did, nor should they. The next time these two teams play each other, the Ravens will be seeking the ultimately revenge.
