1. What will the Baltimore Ravens do at running back?

This is a move that has to be made. The Baltimore Ravens spent the last three or four weeks easing Keaton Mitchell into the mix. They got him work, but not enough to overload him. Now, he tore his ACL and is out for the season. So, they are going to have to scrap all of that progress and go back to what they had been doing

What hurts is that Mitchell was cutting into the work of Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. With Mitchell out, it does get simpler with Edwards playing most run snaps and Hill playing on obvious passing downs. They wish that Hill would give them the same speed element as Mitchell, but that never seems to happen. Edwards has more explosive runs this year, so he will get the majority of the rushing work.

With that in mind, Melvin Gordon will spell Gus Edwards on running-downs. Expect Edwards to have a heavy workload, but if they start to trail, it will become the Justice Hill show. If Hill can show any pop in the run game, he could get more work, but that has yet to be shown.
