While we wait for the start of the 2023 NFL season, we can always dream about what may happen. What are some of the best-case outcomes, and what are the outcomes that may end up so good that you think you are dreaming? The following will be the dream scenarios that could play out but definitely do not feel real.

5. Can Lamar Jackson win another MVP for the Baltimore Ravens?

Considering Lamar Jackson won an MVP once, it is already possible that he could do it. However, winning a second MVP would mean doing what he did in 2018 and then some. This is a player who has not been able to stay healthy for the past few seasons, so most fans would just be okay with a full year of health.

Still, there are reasons to believe that the MVP campaign is on the table. First, he has a new offensive coordinator. Todd Monken will be focused more on throwing the football and throwing the ball down the field. So, if Jackson can take advantage, he may be able to stay healthy but also put up the best passing stats of his career.

More than that, he has the best wide receiver corps of his career. Jackson should have a healthy Rashod Bateman, and on top of Bateman are Odell Beckham and Zay Flowers. Talk about an upgrade. On the health front, Bateman is joined by Ronnie Stanley. The last time Stanley played a full season, Jackson won MVP. As we stand now, Stanley is ready for the first year of health since his 2019 injury.

When you put this all together it is at least on the table for Lamar Jackson to win the MVP.
