The Baltimore Ravens are locked in for a crucial AFC North showdown against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10.
Fresh off a 41-10 dismantling of the Denver Broncos, the Ravens have momentum on their side, but they know every divisional game counts. Baltimore’s offense, led by a laser-focused Lamar Jackson, looked unstoppable last week. Jackson threw for 280 yards and three touchdowns, Derrick Henry pounded out 106 rushing yards and two scores, and Zay Flowers continued his breakout season, racking up 127 yards and two touchdowns on just five catches.
Defensively, the Ravens bounced back in a big way after a rough outing against Cleveland. They held rookie QB Bo Nix to 223 passing yards, picked him off once, and improved their dominant record against rookie QBs at M&T Bank Stadium to 20-2 since 2008.
Now, the Ravens will get another chance to show the nation what they’re made of on Thursday Night Football - their first time under the TNF lights since a hard-fought 27-20 loss to the Chiefs on opening night.
This game against the Bengals will be tough. Cincy will come into this game looking for revenge after a Week 5 41-38 debacle against the Ravens. This game has major implications for the AFC playoff race. Cincinnati will bring the heat, and the Ravens must stay sharp to keep pace in one of the league’s tightest divisions.
As Baltimore fights to hold its edge in the playoff picture, here’s a look at who’s calling the game and managing the officiating on the field tonight at M&T Bank Stadium.

Referees for Ravens vs. Bengals
Clete Blakeman Head Referee (Crew Chief)
Blakeman will officiate the Ravens-Bengals matchup, marking the first Ravens game he’s officiated this season. His last appearance in a Ravens game was Week 17 of last year when Baltimore crushed Miami 56-19. Blakeman is a veteran in his 15th season, known for calling games with a slightly higher-than-average number of penalties this season.
In 2024, Blakeman’s games are seeing an average of 16.13 penalties and 142.5 penalty yards per game. That’s a noticeable uptick from the league average of 12.99 penalties and 104.8 yards, meaning Blakeman’s crew has been one of the stricter officiating groups this season.
However, his calls have been fairly even for both home and visiting teams, with only a minor tilt towards the home side. Still, home teams have won just 37.5% of games he’s officiated, which is below the league’s average home win percentage of around 53.6%.
Here is the rest of Blakeman’s crew for tonight:
- Umpire: Scott Campbell
- Down Judge: Dana McKenzie
- Line Judge: Julian Mapp
- Field Judge: Karina Tovar
- Side Judge: James Coleman
- Back Judge: Jonah Monroe
