Highest Rated Offensive Players: Marshal Yanda (3.9), Jeremy Zuttah (1.8), Joe Flacco (1.6), Steve Smith (1.4), Eugene Monroe (1.3)

Just missing the cut was a surprisingly effective Phillip Supernaw (1.2), who was active over Crockett Gillmore and secured a huge 29 yard catch that put the Ravens at the goal line.  Yanda makes the list every week, usually near the top, so his presence is no surprise.  He is a Pro Bowler, and should be an All-Pro in 2014.

Zuttah has now recorded two positive grades in a row following a string of negative ones.  This week, he was the team’s best run blocker.  Flacco played his best game in a long time, spreading the ball around and showing good decision making outside of his bad pick in the end zone.

Steve Smith bounced back from his “terrible” week 13 game, making some tough catches despite committing a bad drop in the end zone.  Regardless, it was a good showing despite going up against a very good corner in Brent Grimes.  Monroe makes the cut for the first time this season after he did a good job against a strong Dolphins pass rush.
