Welcome to the Daily Caw, where we round up all the latest Ravens news and notes from around the web.  Today we talk about Sunday’s Gary Kubiak Broncos interview, who might replace the Ravens offensive coordinator if he leaves, and the price tag of potential free agents.
Gary Kubiak Broncos Interview Set for Sunday
Bad news for Ravens fans, good news for Broncos fans. Â After saying that he wanted to stay in Baltimore, Kubiak was obviously going to be enticed by the possibility of leading the Broncos next season. Â And now he is officially interviewing for the position.
Broncos are scheduled to interview former Bills HC Doug Marrone on Saturday and Ravens OC Gary Kubiak on Sunday, per source.

Even worse news is that John Elway is reportedly very high on making Kubiak his head coach. Â The two have a history together after Kubiak spent some time backing up Elway in Denver and coaching him as well.
If Broncos are able to land Kubiak, he is far and away Elway's top choice from everything I've heard.

Top Candidates to Replace Kubiak
The Ravens could opt to stay in house in the event that Kubiak leaves, promoting either quarterbacks coach Rick Dennison or tight ends coach Brian Pariani. Â But the really enticing option is bringing in Kyle Shanahan, who runs essentially the same system as Kubiak. Â Shanahan is looking for a gig, and the Ravens job should be pretty appealing to him.
Estimating Free Agent Price Tags
Among the 15 players listed, Byron Maxwell is predicted to bring somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 years and $20 million.  Would that kind of money put him out of the Ravens’ price range?  Maybe…
Is Devin Funchess a Good Fit For the Ravens?
Kyle Casey agrees with Mel Kiper that Funchess would be a good pick for the Ravens.  We are sticking to our guns and don’t necessarily like the pick, even though the Ravens do desperately need a big wide receiver that can make plays on the ball, even when covered.
