The Ravens put on a much better effort this week after two straight weeks of looking like they could care less about the preseason.

It’s hard to pass judgement on the play calling, since we know that no one wants to put anything on tape that will give away anything significant ahead of the regular season.
The biggest concern is the continued lack of discipline. This week, the Ravens committed 10 penalties for 134 yards, with many of them coming from bone headed mental errors. It’s something that they need to get cleaned up before next week.
Outside of that, the Ravens’ brain trust has their work cut out for them over the next couple of days as they look to trim the roster down to 53 players. There are a handful of guys that showed well in this game, and it will be interesting to see what surprises are in store.
