We already know what we’re getting from Mosely. The Crimson Tide linebacker is entering his third season with the Ravens. In two seasons, he has totaled 250 total tackles and seven sacks. Mosley has been a starter from day one and has proven to be one of the most athletic defenders in the league.

Correa has a chance to be a great player living inside. He’s an instinctual player, who knows how to avoid and fight off blocks. He probably fits more as a middle linebacker than he really did on the edge. While he does not lack explosive ability his pass rushing prowess was more about his motor than any thing else. Correa’s thick 6’3″ frame is a perfect fit inside a 3-4 defense. On the outside his speed his decent. Inside his speed is great.

Mosley and Correa are both linebackers who will not be a liability on passing plays. They can both cover in space and are dangerous blitzers. The Ravens will have a linebacker combination that rivals the Carolina Panthers duo of Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis.

The Ravens have plenty of talent on the outside. Terrell Suggs is coming back and Elvis Dumervil is poised for a big season. With Correa filling the Daryl Smith void, the front seven is really stacked. What is really exciting is that Mosley and Correa should be in the middle of the defense for a very long time.
