Chris Schisler- Keenan Reynolds:

Keenan Reynolds is a player that I’m rooting for. Coming from Navy, he is an impressive man. Now its time for him to become an impressive NFL player. Reynolds has to earn his spot on the 53 man roster. There is a ton of competition at the wide receiver position. Quincy Adeboyejo and Tim White have been generating a ton of buzz in camp. Reynolds did next to nothing last preseason. This preseason his athletic ability should show itself on the field.

Reynolds was given unrealistic expectations last year. He was a sixth round draft pick, playing a new position in an entirely different offense than he is used to. Some former quarterbacks make a seamless transition to the wide receiver position; Reynolds position change has been anything but easy. Hopefully, a year makes all the difference for Reynolds. If he doesn’t show major strides, he is going to have a tough time making the team.

Reynolds has potential because he’s an incredible athlete. He was one of the best players Navy Football ever saw, and he scored the most touchdowns in College Football. At Navy, he always had the ball in his hands and he made magic happen. If Reynolds can get the ball in his hands good things will happen. We know he has talent, we just have to figure out how it can help the team.
