Baltimore Ravens vs. Arizona Cardinals: Game day predictions

Chris Schisler prediction:
The Baltimore Ravens rushing attack is going to steal the show against the Cardinals. Last week was all about Lamar Jackson and Marquise Brown. This week belongs to Mark Ingram. If Ingram is in your fantasy lineup you better start him. I think this could be Ingram’s signature moment with the Ravens. Put me down for Ingram to have 150-yards with nice contributions from Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. The Ravens will eat up time of possession, play good defense and hand the Cardinals a loss.

This is the Ravens season opener. Don’t expect a let down. The Ravens see a chance for a big start to the season. This is the kind of game they have to win. Kyler Murray may be able to make the game interesting, however it’s a tough place for a rookie quarterback to play. One or two mistakes by Murray could get this game to snowball. The Ravens will get more resistance than they did against the Dolphins but they will continue to play well. The Ravens didn’t luck into a win or catch the Dolphins napping. They straight up beat them silly. The Ravens won’t drop 50 points in back to back weeks, but 30 should do the trick.
There are three safe bets in this game. First, Mark Andrews will have 100-yards receiving in this game. Secondly Ingram will have a big day. Finally, the Ravens will win the turnover battle. The Cardinals will put up a fight, but by the middle of the third quarter the Ravens should have this one wrapped up.
Prediction: Ravens 31-17
Give me the Ravens in this game 31-17. Murray will complete more passes that Don Martindale would like, however it will not be enough to propel the Cardinals past the Ravens. The Ravens will have a very memorable 2-0 start.
