The bad:

Jackson still seemed a little off in the passing game. There were multiple instances where Jackson threw the ball out too far in front of the receiver. One that stands out is a pass to Willie Snead that was thrown without touch and way in front of Snead’s over extended arms. The side arm release of Jackson should come under some scrutiny after it led to a few tipped passes. In this game it came off more as a bad habit than another way to get the job done. The offensive line holds some responsibility for that as well. Tyre Phillips wasn’t good at the right guard spot and Orlando Brown Jr. had another frustrating game at right tackle. The offensive line has been a problem in all six of the Baltimore Ravens’ contest this season. Nothing changed here. Everything you were worried about a week ago, you’re worried about if you’re a Ravens fan.

The proof that the offensive line is not getting enough push is easy to see in the numbers. J.K. Dobbins averaged just over three yards per carry. Gus Edwards averaged less than two yards per carry despite having a big touchdown run in the red zone where his contact balance was on display for all to see. The Ravens just aren’t getting enough push from the offensive line. The same problems that have plagued the Ravens offensively were still there. It kept this game at least alive for the Eagles way too long. The Ravens ended up getting a convincing victory but this should have been a bigger win.

The defense got off to a strong start however there were some glaring problems in this one. It is an inescapable fact that the Eagles scored 22 points in the fourth quarter. They walked away with no interceptions on Wentz, and Miles Sanders had 118 rushing yards. There’s a lot more ugly to talk about in this one.
